Splitting the project across two or three firms loses that coherence and pushes integration risk back onto the homeowner. Bundling it inside one studio means every decision lands in the same drawing set.

Permits, trades, schedule, all coordinated and managed in-house. A Gantt-tracked schedule gives you live visibility; weekly walkthroughs and an open invitation to the site keep nothing hidden.
