New Key Construction is a licensed California general contractor (#1050306). Beyond our own design-build projects, we take on construction-only engagements where the design is already drawn, and bring the same in-house coordination of trades, permits, and schedule to projects we didn't design.

Trades coordinated in-house
Framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishing, our trades are direct, not third-party. A single PM coordinates the entire site, runs the schedule, and is on a first-name basis with every subcontractor.
Permits and inspections
We handle permitting end-to-end. Title 24, structural sign-off, planning review, final inspection, managed from our office, not bounced to the homeowner.
Transparent budget and schedule
A Gantt-tracked schedule with weekly progress updates and open-book change-order communication. You always know where the project is, what's coming next, and what it will cost.

We present multiple design options fully priced from day one, no surprise change orders. The phase spans weeks to months depending on scope, covering layout, materials, lighting, finishes, structure, and 3D renderings of every key room.
Build
Bringing your vision to life.
Permits, trades, schedule, all coordinated and managed in-house. A Gantt-tracked schedule gives you live visibility; weekly walkthroughs and an open invitation to the site keep nothing hidden.
