Cookies Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies are, which ones newkeyconstruction.com (the “Site”) uses, and the choices you have. For broader information about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let a site recognise your device on later visits and remember preferences. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required to operate the Site, for example, to keep your project-brief draft saved locally while you fill out the form, to maintain an authenticated session in the studio area, and to load the Site through Vercel’s edge network. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Preferences
Local-storage entries that remember small UI state such as in-progress brief answers, so you don’t lose your work if you close the tab.
Analytics
Aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics provided by Vercel (Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights). These count page views and measure performance without using cross-site identifiers and without selling data to third parties.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-media trackers, or any cross-site profiling technology.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies from the browser’s privacy or security settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Site (notably the project-brief form and the studio sign-in) from working. To clear the locally stored brief draft, use the “Clear site data” option in your browser’s developer tools or site-settings panel for newkeyconstruction.com.
Changes
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
