New Key Construction (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates newkeyconstruction.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the terms below.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, project details, photographs, floor plans, and any other content you submit through our project-brief form, newsletter form, or direct email.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.

How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a project proposal.
- To manage the design and construction project you have engaged us for.
- To send you occasional studio updates if you have explicitly opted in.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site (analytics, error monitoring, fraud prevention).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Service providers
We share information only with the third parties needed to run the Site and respond to you:
- Vercel Inc., website hosting and edge delivery.
- Supabase, Inc., database, file storage, and authentication for project-brief submissions.
- Google LLC, web fonts (loaded via next/font) and, where applicable, analytics.
These providers process information only on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Data retention
Project-brief submissions and project files are retained for as long as your project is active and for up to seven (7) years after completion for warranty, tax, and statute-of-limitations purposes. Newsletter subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days.
Your rights (California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). To exercise these rights, email info@newkeyconstruction.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Security
We host data with reputable providers, transmit it over TLS, and restrict internal access to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by California law.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; the “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
