Newhall Community Park

1351 Newhall Pkwy, Concord, CA 94521

Newhall Community Park is 126 acres, along Galindo Creek east of Treat Boulevard. Access is via Newhall Parkway south of Clayton Road or from Turtle Creek Road. Galindo Creek meanders through the park.

Newhall Community Park is located in an area that has been underserved for quite some time. It’s small, but a well-maintained park with plenty of picnic tables, benches, and shade trees. There are also two playgrounds on-site along with a soccer field and baseball diamond which will be great for the kids during their summer break.

Newhall Community Park has a small pond that is fun for fishing and there are also many trails throughout the park. It’s an otherwise quiet place to relax and enjoy nature, all within driving distance from Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Dublin, Fremont, and the surrounding cities of the Tri-Valley area.

Many parents are seeking a safe location to bring their children. Newhall Community Park is one of those sites where kids may have fun without being too distant from home. On hot days, the park includes a playground, a picnic area with barbecues, and plenty of trees for shade. It’s also a fantastic location to play sports or simply run around in the grass!

One of the main attractions in Newhall Community Park is an enclosed fun-filled game center. This fun center has many fun activities to do for children of all ages. There are air hockey tables, a basketball shooting range, and video games. This fun-filled indoor area is a great place for kids to have fun during rainy days or when it’s too hot outside.

The park also has two playgrounds that were designed specifically with children in mind. One of the playgrounds is perfect for toddlers who want to try out their first swing set and slide while the other playground was made especially for older kids where they can enjoy challenging themselves on challenging obstacle courses 4-5 times higher than normal equipment found at most parks. These playgrounds were also made to be fun for the parents by including fun activities that can be done together like teamwork challenges.

There are also tennis courts in the park where adults can play some fun individual games with friends or family members while their children play in the fun-filled game center. It’s also a great way to work on your fitness while having fun outdoors.

The basketball court is perfect for any young man who wants to practice their basketball skills or even have fun playing one of the many fun outdoor sports with friends and family. They can shoot hoops, relax, or even take turns trying to slam dunk on this regulation-size court. Maybe they will have some friendly competition taking place here too! There are rules set about no roughness allowed so everyone can have fun competing in this fun game.

Finally, the park is hosting some fun events later this year so be sure to check it out! The fun begins with their annual Halloween fun event on October 29th through the 31st where the local kids will trick or treat at many of the local businesses while enjoying fun games available for them throughout the day. There are also more fun events planned like family movie night and other fun outdoor activities that will give families a chance to enjoy quality time together.
